Our Story
Caryn Desinor brings a renewed focus on strengthening communities in Central Florida. With more than 15 years of nonprofit experience, she has led community development and support projects across multiple states in the U.S. and in Jamaica.
Under her leadership, Fountain Outreach has expanded to include family-oriented events, hands-on workshops, and educational partnerships with local schools and organizations. Caryn’s extensive background in communications and brand strategy has enhanced the organization’s ability to connect with people, build strong programs, and make a lasting impact.
Passionate about philanthropy, community engagement, and wellness, Caryn also enjoys gardening and loose-leaf teas. She lives in Lake County with her husband, Ahkeem, their two toddlers, and their Jack Russell Terrier.
